From the date of shipment, ESZ Makine provides a limited one-year warranty on materials and workmanship for its products unless otherwise stated. Products must be returned to ESZ Makine undismantled, freight pre-paid. ESZ Makine’s liability is expressly limited to the rebuild or replacement of any product proven defective from the technical department. The warranty is void if the product is dismantled, modified, altered, damaged from improper maintenance, side loading, excessive temperature, abrasive or chemical action or improper use.
No warranty is extended beyond that stated above.
